My name is Jimmy Pedro and I absolutely love the sport of Judo. I've had quite an illustrious career and have been fortunate enough to represent my country by participating in 4 Olympic Games (1992, 1996, 2000, 2004) and also in 4 World Judo Championships (1991, 1993, 1995, 1999).

There so much information that I'm still trying to digesting it all. However, the number one thing I've learned is importance of getting a dominant grip to control your opponent. If you don't control your opponent your not gonna throw him and your gonna get thrown in the process.
